We believe that every child is born with an innate sense of curiosity about their surroundings and the world in which they live. We intend on fostering this natural curiosity by providing a loving, caring, Christian environment, which will stimulate each child’s unique spiritual, physical, social, mental and emotional growth. We believe children have the RIGHT to grow and learn in a loving, safe and supportive environment. We believe that each child develops at his or her own individual pace and learns best by doing, which is why we will provide stimulating hands on activities to enhance each child’s developmental needs and self esteem.

Parents have a RIGHT to quality childcare and peace of mind while they work. We believe parents are the primary teachers of their children; it is they who have the ultimate responsibility for their child’s development. We intend on partnering with each family, keeping the best interest of the child as the top priority. We will fully respect each family’s value system, ethnicity and cultural heritage.

We also believe that teachers are at the heart of a quality childcare program. They have the RIGHT to be respected and supported by the owners, directors and parents of the center. We believe in hiring dedicated, professional and caring staff that will be supported as they pursue personal and professional goals.
