INFANT PROGRAM

Infant room 6 weeks-18 months

Infants are unique individuals with varying abilities and stages of development and therefore have individual needs and varying schedules. In the first year, babies learn to focus their vision, reach out, explore, and learn about the world that is around them.

Developmental milestones are things most children can do by a certain age. Children reach milestones in how they play, learn, speak, behave, and move. A child's brain development in the first three years of life sets the pace for his or hers  abilities to learn, process memories, language development, thinking and reasoning.

Our infant staff spend time daily loving, cuddling, reading, and playing with each child. Parents will get a daily sheet communicating your child's day. including feedings, changings and resting schedule. Furthermore,  our teachers track individual milestones using the ASQ- ages and stages questionnaire. as well as beautiful portfolios for parents to have as a keepsake.
